Campus Ministry

The parish has emphasized ministry to the Chapel Hill campus of the University of North Carolina since the Rev. William Mercer Green, Professor of Rhetoric and Logic and College Chaplain, organized the parish in 1842.

Episcopal Campus Ministry
University recognized organization for Episcopal and other interested students at UNC-Chapel Hill that meets each Tuesday for fellowship, worship, and dinner; retreats, service projects, and social activities are offered throughout the academic year. Web site

Host Families
A program that gives undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to be 'adopted' by a parish family and to share with them the experience of living within the university community. Molly Dempsey, Mary Kent Hill

Cross Ties
Graduate students and young working adults, aged 21-35, single and married, who meet twice-monthly for potlucks, programs, Christian education, and worship. David Frazelle
