Program Staff

	Wylie S. Quinn (1970) Organist/choirmaster vquinn@thechapelofthecross.org	Directs the music program of the parish and assists in liturgical planning; conducts the choirs and plays the organ for weddings, funerals, and other special liturgies.

	Gretchen Jordan (2002) Christian Formation Director gjordan@thechapelofthecross.org	Leads the parish in Christian Formation; liaison to Church School Committee, Adult Education Committee, Book Table, Preschool Chapel, Sunday Childcare, Preschool at the Chapel of the Cross.

	John C. Koch (2007) Director of Stewardship and Development jkoch@thechapelofthecross.org	Responsible for all aspects of Stewardship and Development: Capital Campaign, Annual Fund, and Planned Giving.

	Boykin Bell (2006) Christian Formation Assistant bbell@thechapelofthecross.org	Works with the Director of Christian Formation on specific tasks in all areas of Christian Formation.

	Caren Parker (2006) Youth Assistant cparker@thechapelofthecross.org	Has primary responsibility for the sixth through twelfth grade Episcopal Youth Community to help youth to grow into the full stature of Christ.

Administrative Staff

	Mary Anne Handy mahandy@thechapelofthecross.org (2007) Parish Administrator	Leads day-to-day administrative operations; supervises clerical and facilities staff; recruits office volunteers; oversees maintenance of the physical plant.

	Debby Kulik dkulik@thechapelofthecross.org (2001) Parish Accountant	Manages financial affairs of the parish, including payroll, accounts payable, contributions, and financial reports to the treasurer.

	Ron McGill rmcgill@thechapelofthecross.org (2007) Facilities Manager	Oversees the daily operations of parish facilities in order to maintain all systems in proper working order.

	Marsha Pate mpate@thechapelofthecross.org (2007) Administrative Assistant	Welcomes parishioners and visitors to the parish office; provides administrative support to clergy and staff members; produces the Liturgical Calendar, maintains parish data base.

	Marty Rogers mrogers@thechapelofthecross.org (2007) Publications Assistant	Produces service leaflets, Sunday announcements, Cross Roads, and other parish publications; also assists the campus ministry program with communications, web-site maintenance, and support.

	Joy Gattis (1973-1978, 1987) Nursery Director	Organizes nursery care for infants and young children during Sunday morning worship services.

	Anne Hoole bahoole@mindspring.com (2007) Hospitality Manager	Maintains the orderliness and hospitality of our facility, especially the kitchen, dining room, and parlor as well as serves as a resource for groups using these areas.

	Office Guild	A volunteer guild that assists in the day-to-day running of the parish office by answering the telephones and providing data entry assistance. Mary Anne Handy

	Cross Roads Labelers	Parishioners who assist with monthly labeling of Cross Roads for mailing. Mary Anne Handy

	Tellers	Parishioners who meet each Monday to count weekly offerings, prepare bank deposits, and prepare reports for posting in the computer. Ted Pratt

	Patrick Burrows (2008) Student Resident	Live in the parish house at no charge in exchange for locking up the buildings each night, Sunday morning set-up, and various other duties.
