The Rector serves as spiritual head of the parish and is ultimately responsible for its worship, program, and administration. He is pastor, priest, and teacher, presides over the vestry, and supervises staff. Specific responsibilities include serving as liaison to the ABC Sale, the Adult Inquirers’ Class, St. Hilda’s Altar Guild, the Finance Committee, Hospitality, Lay Readers, Loaves and Fishes Guild, the Parish Discernment Committee, the Personnel Committee, the Stewardship Formation Committee (and its three subcommittees of Annual Giving, Special Giving, and Capital Giving), and Ushers.

The Publications Coordinator produces service leaflets, Cross Roads, and other parish publications. He manages the parish computer systems and interfaces with appropriate contractors.
