ABC: "Attic Basement Closet"

This event turns the entire parish house and education building into a giant department store with rock-bottom prices, providing everyone with the best of buys and opportunities for short-term service to the church and the community.

We would love to have you join us for this important social ministry, bringing together our parish family in serving the broader community. There are still plenty of opportunities to volunteer, donate, and bake for the sale.

It is a wonderful way to raise funds for worthy community organizations and a great opportunity for fellowship in our parish community. You can help to make the 2010 event a success by being a donor, a buyer and/or a volunteer. Please fill out a Volunteer Form.

Please use these posters, in Spanish or English and the window sticker to spread the word about the sale (all are PDF files).

Organizations that wish to request a grant from the proceeds of the 2010 ABC Sale should complete the Request for Donation form. All completed requests must be submitted by March 31st, 2010 to be considered for funding.

Applying for Grants from ABC Sale Funds

What is your favorite local non-profit organization that targets children, education, mental and physical health or homelessness/poverty? Can they use some extra money to support a project or fulfill a need? You can encourage them to apply for ABC Sale Grants.

1. Print out the application form here
2. Read the first page carefully to assure that the application form is filled out correctly and completely.
3. Submit completed application (pages 2-4) no later than March 31, 2010 to

(Electronic submissions are not advised. Be sure to include the financial report as stipulated on page 4 of the application form. Also include any newsletters or brochures that are appropriate)

4. An email will be sent to the grant writer acknowledging that the application has been received.

Grants are normally awarded by July 1. Last year, the ABC Sales awarded 21 local organizations a total of $27,000. Let your favorite organization be one of those for this year!
