Baptism

The sacrament of Holy Baptism is offered at the Chapel of the Cross to all who have not yet been baptized and who wish to join the Church through participating in this parish, including their children of any age. Baptisms are scheduled at regular Eucharistic services on the Sunday after All Saints (Nov. 1), the First Sunday after the Epiphany (Jan. 6), the Easter Vigil, Pentecost, and other dates designated by the Rector. Baptismal instruction, including a rehearsal of the service, is required for all candidates who can speak for themselves and for parents of those who cannot. Sponsors (godparents) are also invited. For Baptism, contact one of the staff clergy; the Baptism Information Form should be downloaded, filled in and sent to the parish office or to the priest who will conduct the baptism.
