The Annual Parish BBQ is scheduled for Sunday, August 26, at 6:30 p.m. This wonderful outdoor celebration of fellowship to start the school year and to welcome students and newcomers will be catered by Gillis BBQ.

The Rev. Larnie Horton, pastor at St. Paul AME, will preach at the 5:15 p.m. service in the church and will bring the St. Paul Contemporary Choir with him. During the BBQ, John Covach, the rector, and several students will provide upbeat music, featuring an appearance by the Junior Choir.

Tickets, which will be sold after Sunday services on August 5-19, are $9 for adults and $5 for children under 10 years old. University students need to pick up a free ticket.
