The 39th Annual ABC Sale

March 31, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.


Margaret Conrad and Molly Dempsey will be the co-chairs and Helen Ayres and Mary Brenda Joyner will be the assistant co-chairs. Please be ready to volunteer and start thinking about items you might be able to donate from your Attic, Basement, and Closets.

Last year's department chairs - In the next few weeks, one of the co-chairs will be contacting those of you who stated willingness to volunteer again to confirm your availability. Please feel free to call any of them if you have questions or suggestions.

Everyone - Can you help at the sale? All departments will soon start recruiting volunteers both for sale week, which starts March 25 (set-up), and for the day of the sale. Co-chairs will be recruiting for specific needs as they get closer to the sale. If you have a particular area of interest, please call one of the co-chairs, and let them know where you would like to volunteer. They would love to hear from you and have your help. Please watch future issues of Cross Roads and Crossings for further announcements.

The Social Ministry Committee is now soliciting requests for funds from charitable organizations and will make recommendations to the Vestry for disbursement of the sale proceeds. A committee consisting of the ABC Sale chairs and representatives of the Social Ministry Committee will be receiving requests through March 4 . Traditionally, requests have been given to organizations outside the parish. Anyone wishing to make such a request may submit it to the Social Ministry Committee's box in the Parish Office.
