| Vestry Actions At its February meeting, the vestry: *Adopted an amended version of the 2003 budget to reflect technical corrections* Approved the adoption of the 2003 financial plan for the Orange County Mission *Adopted a process for naming an assistant treasurer to serve for a year in that capacity and then be elected to a three-year term as treasurer, a period of advertisement for self-nominations for the position, to be followed by consideration of the applicants by the finance committee and recommendation to the vestry of an individual for the position *Approved a revision to the personnel committee charter, to reflect the addition of another vestry member to the committee * Approved an amended computer use policy *Approved a revision to personnel policy §9.4, to reflect confidentiality of electronic records * Designated the contributions given in memory of Tom Buell and accepted with gratitude an additional gift from Marilyn Buell, for purchase of a sterling silver chalice.
