At its January meeting, the vestry:

* Approved the 2003 budget

* Adopted the 2003 clergy housing allowance resolutions

* Approved a proposal that annual dues payable to the Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Parishes be distributed among the various special funds invested in the Diocese of North Carolina Common Trust fund in proportion to the value of each fund’s investments as of September 30 of the preceding year

* Received recommendations from Don Stedman based on his term as Chair of the University Ministry Committee

* Authorized $900 from the bequest of Gladys Coates for a stone bench near the church in her memory

* Received the schedule for 2003 vestry elections.
